PCW has worked with Vivomed for more than a decade. It has helped the company evolve and become a leading player in the First Aid and Sport Medince market in the UK. Its e-commerce offering provides the hub for the company to trade effectively to the UK and beyond.
In January 2010, we were briefed by Vivomed with developing an internet presence to retail sports first aid divisions in Ireland the UK and beyond. Phase 4 developed, 5 and 6 current.
Methodology & Outcome
PCW developed an e-commerce solution with an integrated customer relations management and accounts software. This increased turnover through strategy and development properties by 250%. Vivomed is a show-case business which started in a container and now runs a leading world-class sports and physio supply business very profitably. Phase 5 and 6 under construction for 2011.
Vivomed continues to push the boundaries and expand into training courses with added online value in the form of extensive video and case studies to support post traninig knowledge growth.
Vivomed aims to expand its marketing presence online through various social media, video, search engine optimisation, email and effective use of its integrated customer realtionship management tools.
