Brief
The new Enniskillen Acute Hospital consortium website was developed to communicate effectively with investors, share holders, contractors and the public. This project is largest public private financing project currently being run in Northern Ireland, 2009-2012. PCW was contracted to consult, project manage and facilitate the design, build, hosting and management of all partners and third parties.
A successful launch of the website to all stake holders and the continuing updates to the site has engaged all interested parties with a valuable communication platform. The website has allowed feedback, questions and answers around all elements of this diverse project to be handled effective and efficiently.
A further website for the joint construction companies has been developed to show the progress of the site and provide additional information.
Methadology and Outcome
A project team was set up by PCW bring together the players from the consortium. The project was managed using PCW's project management software, bring all business ideas together and helping effectively deliver each modular element for the consortium parties.
